Our Story
Culture Plus Consulting was founded by Felicity Menzies in Singapore in 2012 to support multinational employers in developing cultural intelligence and inclusion and tailoring global DEI programs to local cultural contexts. Today, we are a full-service diversity, equity, and inclusion consultancy based in Sydney with global reach. We provide evidence-based, best-practice solutions for developing respectful, safe and inclusive workplace cultures. To achieve these goals, we draw upon the expertise and experience of our in-house consultants, researchers, and thought leaders globally in diversity, equity, inclusion and respect at work, and partner deeply with our clients to design tailored solutions that have a measurable impact.

Our Founder
Felicity Menzies
CEO, Principal Consultant
CEO and Principal Consultant, Felicity Menzies, draws on deep subject matter expertise, empathetic and culturally sensitive facilitation skills, strong business acumen, and senior leadership experience in a corporate environment to deliver impactful change solutions for her clients.
Before founding Culture Plus Consulting, Felicity was CEO of Stephenson Mansell Group (SMG), one of Australia’s preeminent leadership development and culture change firms. Before SMG, Felicity held the role of Head of Private Bank for Westpac, in Singapore. There she led a culturally diverse team of bankers serving a multinational client base and learned firsthand how inclusive leadership is a necessary component of business success.
Felicity is an accredited facilitator with the Cultural Intelligence Centre and the author of, A World of Difference: Leading in Global Markets with Cultural Intelligence. A World of Difference is one of a select few independently authored texts on the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) member booklist. Felicity has contributed to leading business publications, including Harvard Business Review, AICD, Forbes, Business Insider, Business First, Acuity, Inhouse Counsel and People Management. Felicity is also a sought-after public speaker on the topics of diversity and inclusion. Engagements include keynote speaker 4th Annual Australian Workplace Diversity & Inclusion Conference 2019 and Chair 2nd Annual Asian Australian Leadership Conference.
