We assess the inclusion capabilities and cultural profiles of your leaders, workgroups and individual contributors and apply the results to drive self-awareness of strengths and developmental areas.

Cultural Values Profile

Cultural inclusion requires awareness of one’s own and others’ cultural orientation. The Cultural Values Profile provides details of an individual’s orientation in ten cultural value dimensions: Individualism vs. collectivism, power distance, uncertainty avoidance, indirect vs. direct communication, competitive vs. cooperative, being vs. doing, neutral vs. affective, monochronic vs. polychronic, universalism vs particularism, and short-term vs. long-term.

The Implicit Association Test (IAT)

The Implicit Association Test (IAT) provides individuals with knowledge of their unconscious biases regarding disability, sexual orientation, race, skin tone, age, weight, gender, ethnicity, and religion. Our experienced facilitators ensure that the theory behind the IAT is understood by participants, preventing misinterpretations and unhelpful emotive reactions.

Cultural Intelligence (CQ) Assessment

CQ (Cultural Intelligence) Assessment provides individuals with knowledge of their intercultural strengths and weaknesses by measuring overall Cultural Intelligence capability and capability for each of the four components. Beyond the four main competencies, the assessment measures strengths and weaknesses in eleven sub-competencies.

The CQ Assessment is available in both self-report and multi-rater formats.

The VIA Survey of Character Strengths

The VIA Survey of Character Strengths is a simple self-assessment that helps you understand your best qualities.
