But when respect, safety and inclusion are missing, the consequences are real: reduced trust, regulatory exposure, loss of talent and operational risk.
For more than 15 years I have partnered with organisations to move beyond policies and good intentions — combining behavioural science, regulatory insight and systems thinking to deliver meaningful, end-to-end cultural change.
My engagements range from independent culture reviews, DEI diagnostics and strategy, Positive Duty compliance and AI ethics advisory to inclusive leadership capability and governance reform and implementation. The focus is always on supporting organisations to translate intent into practice.
