I heard your session yesterday was an absolute success. Our committee chair briefed the executive team this morning and talked about the great energy and engagement and space to discuss. A few of the executive team shared some experiences and reflections they had over the last week and how the messages from you really opened their eyes. Great to hear ongoing reflection.

I remembered the work we did together and how well it was received by the participants. I had feedback, two years on from the program, that it was the best training that was done in the department and was still talked about.

Working with Felicity has fast-tracked our approach to diversity and inclusion tenfold. Having met with a couple of the big consultancy firms, we were simply most impressed by Felicity. She seemed to have the most genuine knowledge, experience and passion for diversity and inclusion. Felicity engaged all staff at all levels, although we did a separate session first with the leadership team to make sure that everyone was aligned and ready to effectively set the tone from the top. We would rate our overall experience with Felicity as excellent.

Felicity was really engaging as a presenter, but also supported all of the information as validated by research studies. It was also really non-judgemental and provided an opportunity for people to acknowledge their own biased thoughts in a mindful way. She used lots of real-life and personal examples that were easy to understand and relate to.

I just wanted to say thank you for the training session yesterday. I honestly found it incredibly helpful and inspiring. We often go to so many training sessions but I really did find this enlightening and it has given me much to think about. I had the pleasure of working with Felicity during this year's Dive In Festival for diversity and inclusion in insurance — the first time an event on this scale had ever been held in Singapore. Felicity's expertise and in-depth knowledge in D&I and, in particular, unconscious bias, was exemplary. Felicity hosted a lively senior leader panel session focused on unconscious bias, and her knowledge and experience was a guiding hand in what is still a relatively unknown D&I issue.

Felicity has extensive knowledge and understanding regarding the topic of unconscious bias and was integral to helping us roll out a workshop to our networking group. Her delivery was very professional and informative and I cannot recommend her enough!

Felicity facilitated a workshop on Cultural Intelligence with our regional Team for World Vision International. We have over 20 different cultures in our region so Cultural Intelligence is an important competence for us to have. This morning we got sign-off from the Secretary to publish the report that we built out of your amazing focus group work. It's ended up as a really strong and impactful piece of work which I am immensely proud of, and will put us in a very strong position to drive change.

Milanote first partnered with Felicity Menzies in 2021 to deliver Inclusive Leadership training for our founders and leadership team. We were impressed by her deep subject matter expertise, focus on practical skill development and highly engaging facilitation style. In 2026, as our team had grown significantly, we re-engaged Felicity to design and deliver a tailored programme for three distinct staff cohorts, ensuring the content was relevant to each group's role and level of expertise.
