Earlier today, I published an article on the maturation of DEI in Australia and globally over the past decades. With this maturation, DEI competencies have also matured. Being a passionate advocate is not enough. Effective DEI professionals demonstrate a broad and integrated set of advanced skills. So proud of my colleagues and peers that work in this space. It's hard and complex work that is often undervalued.
