Xaxis
Developing a Global Diversity & Inclusion Strategy Across 40+ Markets.
Building a globally consistent, locally relevant approach to inclusion at Xaxis.
Client Goals
The mandate
Xaxis, the global programmatic media and advertising company within GroupM and WPP, engaged Culture Plus to develop its first Global Diversity & Inclusion Strategy. The organisation operated across more than 40 markets and employed over 1,100 people spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East & Africa, Asia Pacific and Latin America. Leadership recognised that while local markets had begun implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives, approaches varied significantly across regions, resulting in differing levels of maturity, capability and consistency.
- ●Attract and retain top talent

- ●Drive innovation and creativity
- ●Enhance client outcomes
- ●Build leadership capability
- ●Create a consistent employee experience globally
Leadership sought a strategy that would move beyond isolated local initiatives and establish a clear global framework while remaining flexible enough to reflect local cultural realities and business needs.
