Culture Plus method

Behaviour-first. Evidence-based. Built to last.

The business case

Build confident, culturally consistent people who understand diversity, interrupt bias, and practise everyday inclusion.

Organisations are navigating significant change in workforce composition, client expectations, and community standards. Those that build inclusion capability now are better positioned to attract diverse talent, serve diverse clients, and lead with integrity.

This programme gives your people the shared language, mindset, and practical tools to make that happen — attracting and retaining talent, building trust with clients from every background, and meeting DEI capability as the governance and compliance expectation it has become.

"We've tried DEI training before and nothing changed."
"We need everyone on the same page — not just the converted."
"It has to land without blame, guilt, or backlash."

Four progressive modules. One shared standard.

The 75-minute workshop runs across four progressive modules, each building on the last — from understanding diversity and bias, to seeing its impact, to practising the strategies that interrupt it in everyday work.

What changes after this training

Real shifts that matter.

Participant skills

Each participant leaves with a specific, practised set of skills they can apply in their next meeting, hiring decision, or difficult conversation: naming their own biases (affinity bias, stereotyping, first-impression bias); spotting bias pressure points in hiring, performance review, and team interaction before judgement is distorted; applying the Mindful Inclusion Method to interrupt bias in real time; responding as an upstander — in the moment, privately, or after the fact — without escalating conflict; receiving feedback gracefully and repairing harm; and a written personal action plan with two or three specific behaviour changes and a framework for self-accountability.

Felicity was really engaging as a presenter, but also supported all of the information as validated by research studies. It was also really non-judgemental and provided an opportunity for people to acknowledge their own biased thoughts in a mindful way. She used lots of real-life and personal examples that were easy to understand and relate to.

Questions about foundational DEI training, answered.

If you have a question we haven't covered, write to us — a real human responds within one working day.

Most DEI training stops at awareness. This programme is behaviour-first: participants practise bias-interruption strategies on real workplace scenarios and leave with a written personal action and accountability plan — so the learning transfers into everyday decisions, not just good intentions.
